A lovely terrace house very clean and modern.

Pros: The property was very modern with a lovely kitchen and bathroom with under floor heat. Everything was very clean. We were met by the owner who was a lovely man.

Pros: I have to say for Burnley this place I recommend him very well especially for our families value for money and very very clean tidy and posh and there’s no disturbances the area is okay no noise. I’ll have to price very reasonable and this is the best place ever State especially in Burnley so do you recommend any families if you wanna see a place? Do you go there?

Great stay

Pros: The whole place was very well appointed with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Parking was easy, right outside the door.

Cons: I would caution anyone who has walking difficulties that there is a very steep staircase to the upper floor. It was ok for us, but anyone really elderly or unsteady would find it difficult. For anyone else, I'd highly recommend this property.

Really nice host

Pros: Clean, smart, equipped with everything you could need, only stayed a night but easily could of stayed here longer had I needed too.

Cons: All was perfect thank you

A very clean and comfortable stay. Will certainly stay at this property again.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, can park right outside the door.

Cons: Could do with a bit more cutlery like teaspoons and plates/dishes.

Excellent accommodation, fully equipped and attentive host. Perfect!

Pros: Excellent accommodation in a quiet location. The property is fully equipped with all you need. The owner is friendly and helpful. He responded to my messages immediately and assisted to remove subtitles from the TV, without any issue. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Burnley.

Cons: The fridge freezer is located in the main lounge and can be noisy whilst watching TV. Plenty of room for it in the kitchen. Very minor issue. Did not interfere with our lovely stay.
