Modern 2 Bed Room Home In Leeds Cozy Stay - Near St James and City Centre

Pros: It was great for what we needed very close to hospital Tony was very to move date when needed

Pros: The owner was very kind and accommodating allowing me to leave my car there parking after checkout for the rest of the day as I was at the hospital. And the upstairs bed was really comfortable, had a great night sleep.

Pros: Good price, good location, house was clean, good communication, WiFi plus parking permit for 1 car which was useful

Cons: We didn't really have any problems, I'm sure there will be people that may pick yet we were happy

A hidden gem with comfy beds and free parking super close to the city centre!

Pros: Super easy check in process and perfect distance from the town centre. 3 of us stayed and didn't once feel cramped. Highly recommend. Comfy beds and free parking too this close to city centre is a tough find

Great stay & location

Pros: Great location, clean and tidy, clear instructions about our stay emailed and other details within the property. Owners on hand if needed and looked after our needs. Location was excellent for the hospital was fantastic which was the reason for our visit.

Cons: The area wasn't ideal for having a walk about at night but that didn't matter behind closed doors, didn't feel unsafe. Just different environment than where we live.

Pros: Host was very helpful and attended to our needs with fast responses.

Really enjoyable with me and my friends, central location and such fast communication with the host would 100% recommend

It was a lovely stay if I went that way again I would rebook it.

Pros: From outside I was not sure but when I got in it was really good nice set up and clean. Eating places and grocery shops across the street. No noise at night. Parking was always an available infront of the house.

Cons: The bedding was too creased like a washer dryer was used. A little ironing of it would have been good.

Pros: The whole house was clean and tidy. The host responded very quickly and helpfully to all requests for information. The property's proximity to St James hospital is perfect for those who have someone staying there.

Really positive stay, great location, and great value for money

Pros: Had everything we needed - the iron was really useful! It was great value for money, would stay here again. Overall clean and tidy. Location was handy as close by to the city centre. Beds were super comfortable! Not a huge long list of things to complete on check out, which was nice - just make sure towels in hampers and bins emptied. Just make sure that you're okay with steep stairs, this was not an issue for us, but could be for those who struggle with steep stairs due to health, age or young children, as the bathroom and twin bedroom is on the first floor, and the master bedroom is on the second floor with a tight and steep staircase between floors.

Cons: Only thing I can think of is the sofa's in the lounge. They are sofa beds so not the most comfortable things to sit on, but were okay for a short stay.
