St James House - Sleeps 8!

Stay was great. Even though it was just a base for the night as we’re we’re at a family party.

Pros: The host was brilliant with letting us check in earlier and provided the key lock box code over the phone.

Pros: The place was good and need. However the address need to be changed it is 39 not 36 and I panicked when we could not locate the place.

Great find for visiting Leeds

Pros: House was spotless and well presented. Beds were comfortable and just what we needed after a long day in Leeds. Towels provided, iron straighteners and hairdryer in the room Check in was great using the key safe Location was great with taxi to town costing less than £8

Cons: Stairs are quite steep so if anyone in your group has mobility issues this could cause a problem. But other than that nothing was disliked

Great comfortable house for short stay

Pros: The property was very clean, could see that it was new. The beds were very comfortable and the duvets were to die for. You had everything you needed for your stay. Kitchen well equipped Great WiFi

Cons: The house number on website was wrong Need instructions of how to access the house ie had to message owner. then informed you would be given the key code on arrival day. On the arrival day informed that you had to transfer £100 damage protection first. Would have been nice to be told that straight away. Was advised I would have this money returned on departure day after cleaner had been but it took a number of messages and phone call the next day to get this back finally in the evening with no explanation or apology for delay - this did put a damper on the experience but maybe something to work on Would not feel safe staying on my own in the property due to the area

Excellent vallue for money

Pros: Very convenient for St James Hospital. Travelled by train but would have been easy car parking outside.

Small size, but comfort.

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfort. A bit tiny but that’s OK for 6 of us. The kitchen was good and full function. The location was not far from city center.

Sauberes, gemütliches Apartment

Pros: Die Zimmer waren schön gestaltet und die Betten sehr bequem. Alles ist sehr sauber.

Cons: Es war ziemlich kalt in der Wohnung, die Heizung ließ sich leider nicht anstellen. Außerdem wäre ein Schloss an der Badezimmertür gut gewesen.
