A lovely homely apartment, with plenty of space for 4 adults, in an excellent location.

Pros: Having stayed here previously, we knew the location was ideal for our extended weekend as it was near some of our favourite bars and eateries, and only a very short walk to the exhibition centre. It's also a short walk to and from the train station, which is great for us. Access is via a keypad at the front door and the apartment door - details for these were sent a couple of days before our arrival. The car park was particularly handy for our friends. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very homely. This was our second stay, and we would happily stay here again.

Cons: There was a smell coming from the shower trap but this was probably just standing water - the smell went after the shower had been run and the trap had been flushed out. Unfortunately, my sleep was particularly disturbed one night by a persistent ticking sound - I thought it was the boiler, which was in our room, but my partner thought it was coming from somewhere else. We never determined what the actual cause was, and the ticking only happened that one night. However, the boiler also disturbed my sleep as it intermittently fired up throughout the night - I don't remember it doing that on our previous stay. We also found the bed rather hard and uncomfortable on this stay. Again, we don't remember it being an issue the previous year, on our first stay - maybe the mattress is due to be replaced?

Pros: Comfortable, Good heating and nicely positioned to walk into town. Parking a bonus

Pros: The property was in an ideal situation for staying in the town. A short walk to the train station. Modern accommodation, very clean and comfortable and quiet. Easy and helpful contact with the letting agency.

Cons: The shower temperature wasn’t hot enough. The right hand tap on the bathroom basin wasn’t working, the top part was rotating around.

Overall a nice flat in a great location

Pros: Loved the flat ; in a great location close to the town : would re-visit

Cons: The towel heater was too close to the toilet which was uncomfortable and painful

Exactly what I wanted.

Pros: I was exhibiting at Knitting & Stitch so it was very a convenient distance. Near good eating out places especial the Turkish restaurant opposite.

Great location and lovely presented apartment

Pros: A lovely homely feel with the books, pictures, and curios (we loved the box of fossils!). So nice to have coffee and tea provided too. A decently stocked kitchen with a selection of suitably sized pans, baking paper, and tin foil provided. Super clean throughout. Excellent power shower. Brilliant location - we were spoilt for choice for local eateries and bars.

Cons: We found the bed a bit soft for us, and the spring mattress felt a bit tired - if one person moved in bed, it was a bit wallow-y. With it being a 2 bedroomed apartment it's a shame that there's only one parking space (but understandable in the area). Not sure what the local rules are, but we couldn't find anything about recycling.

Excellent location and spacious well maintained apartment.

Pros: Location of property to the centre of Harrogate and easy access to restaurants etc.

Cons: There appeared to be an issue with the fridge in the kitchen which wasn't maintaining temperature. There was also a broken glass in the small cupboard above the sink which I felt should have been disposed of safely.

Pros: Excellent apartment. Very good location with parking.

Cons: A lot of noise both nights from people outside.
