A lovely Christmas home from home.

Pros: Excellent and very responsive host, fast to resolve our queries and provided thorough check in instructions. The lounge/dining space was perfect for our family of five and the kitchen facilities had everything you could need. The interior design was well considered with a calm palette and contemporary accessories.

Cons: The bedrooms were very small with not enough storage space. The thermostatic readings were not accurate so it was difficult to obtain a comfortable temperature. The shared entry was disappointing and needs redecorating, which was sadly not a good introduction to the property.

Pros: Loved this flat, was awesome! We were here during the olympics so the massive tv in the living room was an amazing bonus!! The bedrooms were all comfy and bathrooms great. Cleanliness was much better than we expected, everything looked new! Location was also surprisingly good! We loved going out for walks on the stray every day! Would definitely stay again!!

Cons: The only thing I would change would be to allow the widows to open a little more. The locks are there for children I would imagine but it was a heatwave and high 20s when we stayed so we were sweltering being on the top floor. We didn't get much sleep.
