Pros: Good location,flat could have been more welcoming. Shame about some things not being finished off properly, walls in the living room as you go in the door need sorted, it's not a good look walking in seeing work that still needs to be done.

Cons: Damp smell in bathroom, shower head doesn't fit shower fittings properly. No emergency number to contact a doctor and no taxi number available. Ended up at a&e on the day after we arrived and if we didn't get help from an elderly couple that was passing I don't know how we would have got there as we couldn't drive.

Comfy and warm flat. Close to the centre

Pros: A lovely warm and comfortable flat close to Harrogate. Nothing appeared to be missing that you would need. Only complaint would be that the water temperature for the bath was not hot enough for (I do like it hot). Would recommend

Stylish, spacious for 2 people, clean and well stocked.

Pros: Great location for a base to explore Harrogate and surrounding places. Clean and comfortable. Great to have tea, coffee, sugar, cleaning stuff, toiletries in bathroom and towels to save extra packing. Free parking ideal too. Really lovely finish in flat. All information and communication prior to arrival was brilliant and useful.

Cons: The shower was great but don’t put it on full power, it can be too much and end up soaking the window and blinds. Couldn’t find instructions for heating .

A very enjoyable stay, but chilly at times.

Pros: Beautifully presented and with modern decorations and furnishings Clean and well stocked with all necessary utensils and crockery. Well situated for access to Harrogate and the surrounding area. Private parking and close to convenience stores.

Cons: No instructions provided for operation of heating and in particular heated towel rail and hob etc

We enjoyed our stay

Pros: The location was great and by far the best property we have stayed at in Harrogate. The property was modern, clean, and even the sofa bed was comfortable. The available parking was spacious and easy to get in and out of. The host was amazing and accommodated our arrival needs. Would definitely recommend!
