Albany House by Harrogate Serviced Apartments

We loved out stay. It was a perfect location. If the negative aspects were sorted we'd give it 5*

Pros: Very convenient for the Harrogate Conference Centre, yet in a quiet location because it's situated off the main road. There were two lovely spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms - 1 en suite, and a well equipped kitchen and pleasant dining room / lounge. The free off street car parking was helpful and convenient and the ground floor accommodation made it easy for unloading and re loading the car. Easy access into the property was a big bonus! :o)

Cons: 1. There was an electric meter on the microwave which displayed expenditure . We exceeded the allocated budget but it was reading £7 when we arrived! This made us feel unwelcome & extravagant - but we had paid upfront for the stay and there was no mention of an electricity tariff. We we were not extravagant, it was February, so lights were required, but we were were out most of the time and only came back for a short time to make quick, easy meals and used the eco programme once a day, on the dishwasher. 2. There was a threat of water coming through the bedroom ceilings as there were several water stains in both bedrooms - so at present it would appear that there maybe plumbing issues in the accommodation above. 3. The drain outlet in the en-suite shower was blocked on arrival - this made for unhygienic, unpleasant showering. 4. There were several cracked floor tiles in the kitchen and bath-room.

Pros: Location was perfect (purpose of trip was to attend an event at the Convention Centre). Accommodation was clean and comfortable, with private parking an added benefit.

Cons: Nothing springs to mind.

Pros: An exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment in the perfect location in Harrogate.

Comfortable, clean apartment, short walk into town.

Pros: Location was perfect, apartment on quiet road, short walk into Harrogate. Spacious, comfortable with 2 bathrooms & parking. Beds were very comfortable. Instructions easy to follow .

Great few days relaxing in lovely surroundings.

A beautiful apartment in an excellent location

Pros: An absolutely stunning property, so spacious and decorated beautifully. The bedrooms were large and great to have an en-suite and another bathroom. Everything we needed was there, including tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen. My daughter was so happy to be able to watch her kids shows on the tv in the living room! It made our life so easy in the mornings whilst we were getting ourselves ready to go out. The location is amazing if you are exploring Harrogate as it’s right in the centre close to all the restaurants and shops. The parking space at the property was great to. We stayed here to travel an hour further up north and it was the perfect stop location for us. We hope to be able to visit again soon!

Pros: The apartment was perfect for our needs. Light and airy feel. Very close to teh Convention centre and town centre. Easy walk to excellent bus services from charming Bus Station. We loved our trip to Harrogate and area around.

Cons: Nothing - it was very straightforward and clear. Exellent information provided

Pros: An excellent stay in a beautiful apartment. Place was exceptionally clean and had everything you would possibly need. Great central location and in walking distance to all local amenities. Would hope to return.

Pros: Very comfortable throughout, spotlessly clean with the added bonus of parking. Easy walk into town with all it's attractions.

Cons: There was only one each of dishwasher and washing machine tablets. No cleaning equipment i.e. surface cleaner, washing up liquid, pan scrubber.
