Well located and very clean and full size Kitchen appliances, would highly recommend.

Pros: Friendly on arrival the rooms were very clean and very well equipped. We loved the fact it had a separate kitchen area and full size appliances, the water pressure in the kitchen was very strong. The location is fantastic being close to the main town area and also close to the conference centre. we will stay here again.

Cons: The main bed was a little uncomfortable and the Settee as it was a sofa bed was not the most comfy place to sit in the evening, but I understand why this is the case. It would have been nice to have a table or an area to sit at to eat dinner, there was a small breakfast counter to sit at but it was not really very suitable for an evening meal.

Fantastic apartment in fab location

Pros: Jan was so warm, welcoming and friendly. She showed us the best place to park and set us up with parking permits, showed us into the property and where the local restaurant was that were visiting and confirmed check out logistics.

Cons: The apartment was great but a little sparse on decor. This was fine for our purposes and didn't affect comfort in any way. The online confirmation experience through booking.com was a little cold, in contrast to the lovely warmth of the host, Jan, so don't be put off!

Fantastic!

Pros: The location was quiet, easy to get into the town centre. The owners were lovely. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. There is plenty of hot water. The blind was Blackout, so the room was nice and dark for sleeping at night. Could also raise it and look at the sky hence the apartment's name - stargazer.

Lovely flat, great rates and great hosts

Pros: It’s simple and has all the amenities. Very close to High street and shops which was convenient

Cons: It’s small but as it’s a flat for a family of 4, it was ok.

Highly recommend

Pros: The stay was made so easy. We were met straight away by the staff and walked to our apartment.. We were given parking permits which covered our whole stay. The apartment was clean, stylish and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Pros: Did not go for the breakfast option - we were in the self-catering apartments. Kettle, oven and hobs were fine. Shower fine. Curtains nice and thick - we like it dark at night (and early morning!)>

Cons: Could not get toaster to work in one apartment and both had food residues on/in from previous use. Some transmission through of noise from below/above despite carpets!

Pros: Everything we needed for working at a show in Harrogate

Pros: Amazing size of house for a group of 10 people & central but lovely quiet location

Cons: The sofa beds weren’t very comfortable at all!
