Quality Accommodation

Pros: Was different to a hotel, but was good to stay in a studio.

Cons: People before not cleaning the cutlery they've used.

Leeds accommodation

Pros: Great accommodation, free parking at the back of the property. Goòd size room, with a fully fitted kitchen if you want to cook. Great communication with hosts.

Cons: Close to the main road and we had a room on the first floor facing the road so a bit noisy. Didn't realise how far put it was, so we had to cab it in & out of town.

I was a little unsure upon first arrival but became increasingly comfortable and positive throughout

Pros: I was a little unsure about the location at first but I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience, comfort but most of all the ameneties. It was very important for me to have laundry facilities for this trip and this is something I don't always expect to find but found them to be excellent and just what I needed, actually exceeded my expectations.

Cons: As mentioned, the area was not what I expected and at first I was a little put off. However, I quickly overcame that concern given the high standard of the property, how well it is clearly maintained and the abundance of ameneties. Certainly this s very good value for money

Excellent value for money will use again.

Pros: It was self contained and every single thing I needed for my stay was supplied.

Cons: Being on a major road the parking to the front of the property was confusing however when I contacted the owners they responded instantly with directions to the rear of the property with all the instructions on how to gain entry. To the rear of the property there was ample parking and after walking back round to the front of the property I managed to gain entry after several attempts at the rear being unsuccessful. That was the only issue I had I was tired and after the 5 hour drive I was getting frustrated with myself not reading the instructions clearly.

Wonderful stay in Leeds

Pros: Location and easy access to buses. Sent me all the information I need through whatsapp. Promptly attended to re fill the soap in bathroom (👍) Had everything well organized way as in the booking.com page. Good comfy bed. Didnt use the TV. Recommended to anyone.

Cons: Nothing much. The floor could have been cleaned a bit more.

All right

Pros: It's a good size for a single traveller or a couple. The bed was comfortable. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. All necessary information was given before check-in. Quite all right for the price.

Cons: The shower was either freezing or scolding.

Pros: Comfortable flat for a great price. Having a full kitchenette was perfect. Easy check in and ample parking. Bed really comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Decor was not finished and cleaning could be better, but didn't bother me. Functional and affordable.

Review

Pros: It is ensuite and easy to locate. The place is good 👍

Cons: The bathroom drainage needs to be worked on.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay, it was so easy to get to where I needed to go and they were shops around to get everything

Pros: I like the fact that everything was in the room. The studio setting perfectly suited my needs and I also like how close it is to the city with different bus options to get to the city centre. It’s about 10-15 mins away from the city centre

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the stench from the toilet but I’m guessing it’s because there is no ventilation or extractor either

Neat, tidy and close to public transport.

Pros: There was an issue with electrical outlets losing power one day, but Paul was extremely helpful and had it fixed straight away. He was also very helpful with the check in process.
