Excellent cottage

Pros: Comfortable, cosy, very clean and everything we needed for our time away.

A very comfortable cottage in a beautiful part of the country.

Pros: Warm and comfortable cottage. Good spacious lounge and very nice conservatory.

Cons: Location - we were surprised that the only safe way to walk into the village was via a footpath and over a field, the description was of the cottage being in the village. There were 2 of us and found the size of saucepans etc adequate, a party of 4 would struggle. On arrival we felt it necessary to wash glasses and cutlery as they were not clean, also 1 of the kitchen drawers had obviously had something spilled in it a while ago and had not been cleaned up . We also reported a problem with the washing machine to cottages.com (our booking information did not have a contact number for booking.com) but no-one got back to us.
