Pros: Only thing i would say is bathrooms need some kind of shelf up to put toiletries on also bigger radiators in some rooms

Comfortable and great location.

Pros: Perfect location near the city centre. There are a lot of road improvements going on at the moment but we were able to navigate around them easily. We were a group of 4 ladies so there was loads of room. Ideal for lots more people.

Cons: Our only negative was squeaky floorboards, doors and thin walls. Typical of a modern house really. There was no sneaking to the loo or down for coffee in secret! 😅

Pros: This place is amazing for family get togethers. Very spacious, clean, beautiful house. We all enjoyed our stay. Everything you need is there.

Pros: The open plan living area was great, the bedroom layout was perfect for what we needed. The proximity to the city centre was great. It was well stocked with the essentials including tea, coffee and milk cartons.

Cons: The only issue I had was the parking as there was only space for one car, but the car park that was only a few minutes walk was cheap. The neighbours however parked their car outside our property all night!

Celebrating a friends birthday, house was clean and had everything you needed. Parked up for the weekend and coukd walk

Pros: It was so close to the city centre, everything was catered for

Cons: Could have done with another parking area, as we were in 2 cars

Pros: Great communication, very clean, everything you needed and more, such as a nice welcome pack. Plenty of room, very comfortable.

Cons: Really struggling to find any negatives, the only thing would be to have had some hand soap in the front bedroom en suite.

Pros: Perfect for our needs in every way. Convenient location too.

Cons: The en-suite shower room was too small for me. It was fine for my wife.

Great location

Pros: Bedrooms were nice and 2 ensuites on the top floor. Good location for city centre.

Cons: Plenty of space upstairs but the living area was on the small side for 9 people. Some of the kitchen utensils and equipment need checking and replacing. The surroundings of the house were in a poor state.
