Overall, fantastic experience.

Pros: Beautiful, well mantained historic building, gated parking, spotless cleanliness, huge kitchen and living room, ensuite bathroom, heating everywhere, lots of power sockets, appliances, stylish furniture

Cons: Mattress is sagging in the middle. Also, one of the sofas is broken at the bottom and needs replacing/fixing

Lovely place unless you like streaming

Pros: Clean, nicely presented and decent location. Well appointed

Cons: TVs were not smart tvs, this is made clear in the welcome pack but with it being 2025 most guests are going to want to watch something on a streaming service and this is not possible. The WiFi itself was very intermittent, signal issues throughout our time there. The towels had seen better days, 1 set was old and had an old smell, so bad that my partner essentially refused to use them.

Pros: A really smart and very clean space in a beautiful big old house. It was just a 10 minute walk out of town - but we knew that, so it was definitely not a problem.

Quiet and handy location for the city centre

Pros: Property was easy to find with parking available on site, check in process was easy! Nice spacious apartment for a short stay!

Cons: Maybe just showing a few signs of wear in places if you want to nitpick. The lack of a bedside lamp and a dishcloth for dishes

Pros: Stunning apartment, decor was amazing, very spacious. The kitchen and living area were perfect

Cons: The bathroom was not good. It had a terrible odour and I had trouble with the shower taps.

Stylish and spacious

Pros: Elegantly styled. Loads of space. Gorgeous sunny room in the morning. Had a really comfortable stay.

Cons: Litter as you came up the drive. Needed a bit of TLC around decoration. One sofa had broken, skirting was broken, splashes on walls. Minor things but would have made a difference.

Pros: Great location for our needs, 15 mins safe walk from the train station. Warm and comfortable.

Our 1st ever stay in Leeds

Pros: Location was a short walk from City centre, was great, but a peaceful area. Staff were very welcoming & friendly. Apartment was exactly as advertised, stylish, comfortable & clean. Would book again.

Cons: If we were to be picky, there are marks & small cracks all around the apartment and 1 couch was broken at the base. None of these things affected our stay, but your always unsure if you might be accused of the damage? A paint brush, polyfillar & mending the broken couch, I think would alleviate any future guests, paranoia.

Great space in a great location!

Pros: Perfect location for graduation celebrations! Nicely decorated and enough kitchen utilities for a short break, maybe a bit minimal if you were planning on self catering properly. Self check in and parking were all seamless which is always a bonus.

Trendy bolt hole

Pros: Peaceful, good location and off street parking. Spacious and well decorated. Excellent shower and hot water.

Cons: Some of the furnishing e.g. bed and sofa are very tired and need changing. Mattress in particular impacts on a stay.
