Claremont Apartments

Lovely location for central Leeds and the first direct arena. Really spacious and homely apartment with some nice featur

Pros: Lovely spacious apartment and the bath in the bedroom was a great feature!

Cons: Could use more towels especially a bath mat and separate hand towel. Couldn’t get the heated towel rail in the bathroom to work and the kitchen bin was a bit grimy on the lid.

Fabulous stay

Pros: We love these apartments, the location is perfect for us when visiting family. The apartments are stylish and spacious with high quality beds and bedding

Cons: It seemed that, since our last visit, the maintenance standard had dropped. There were 3 bulbs not working, no dishcloth or tea towel. But this did not impact our stay.

Spacious, beautiful and convenient for parking.

Pros: The apartment was spacious, beautiful, fully equipped and with convenient parking. We were very comfortable staying there.

Beautiful apartment - great stay

Great apartment in a great location

Pros: Great location for our sons wedding at the Faversham . Huge apartment, comfortable and clean . Also easy walk of 10 minutes to Leeds shopping.

Cons: The en-suite could have been larger considering the huge floor space of this apartment but no issue for a couple of days.

Comfy beds in a great location

Pros: This is our third time staying in these apartments and overall they’re good they’re really starting to look tired now. On the plus side they’re well equipped with comfy beds in a great location.

Cons: They are tired for the price, the shower was grim around the base and door. The heated radiator in the bathroom didn’t work. Both sofas look like they’re damaged at the lounge end so we didn’t use them. It would be great to come back and see a refurb.

Beautiful apartment

Pros: The apartment was huge and considering the size, very warm. Tastefully decorated and although there were only 2 of us, you could easily have 4 with room to spare. Bed was super comfy. Location was perfect. Just a 5 minute walk to the centre.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like but all I would say is that whilst the bedroom was exceptionally big, the ensuite bathroom was tiny ( there was no separate toilet in the apartment ) which seemed such a bad use of space In a very large bedroom. However, that is just an observation.

Very comfy and luxurious.

Pros: Location was convenient. I liked the design of the apartment and the luxurious feel to it. The Host was very exceptional in helping us, we even asked if their were more like this around the UK.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the way the lighting worked. It was too far apart, for example, in the bedroom on light would be outside the room it was lighting and in the bedroom room, it was too far away from the light I needed.

Pros: Very spacious and clean and would definitely stay again.

Cons: Couple of areas looked a little tired but everything clean.

Perfect location

Pros: Spacious apartment within walking distance of University and city. Beautifully decorated with everything you need.
