Stylish, convenient, historical renovation

Pros: Beautiful Victorian building. Stylishly renovated. Short walk to City Centre. Easy to communicate/check in. Comfortable. Warm. Great shower! Well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Although we were very happy with it stay…it could be a stunning apartment… It’s time for a little TLC. The sofa needs changing. There are window locks that aren’t working. Noisy fireplace…stained runner on the bed….. a little attention to detail and it would be an amazing stay.

Great location and value would stay again.

Pros: Clear instructions, parking directly outside, very easy to get into the property. Access in and out via a key card with no issues at all. Key card just left on departure.

Cons: Not a complaint but the apartment is a little tied looking in places. It wouldn't prevent me from recommending anyone to stay. More positives than negatives great stay thanks.

Brilliant

Pros: The location was fantastic as we were staying for a concert in the o2 academy which was only a 10 min walk. Brilliant decor and overall vibe. Will be staying again if we return to Leeds

Does the job

Pros: Clean comfortable free parking 20 mins walk to town Royal Armouries Museum worth a visit and town centre has great shops

Cons: Furniture a bit wobbly no extras in cupboards ie 4 of everything no tea bags or leftovers just bring everything you need! Area could feel sketchy late at night but no more so than any other city.

Pros: Well done apartment. very clean and close to the Hospital and City Centre.

Cons: No bedside or other lamps , just very bright main lights. No cafetière arrived even though told we would get one by housekeeping - even though coffee for cafetière was provided

A lovely find which is far better - and better value - than a hotel. Highly recommended.

Pros: Perfect location for our son's graduation at the uni as well as close enough to bars and restaurants in City centre that we never took an uber. Brilliantly spacious, well appointed with excellent facilities.

Pros: This was a great location as it was only a short walk into Leeds city centre. The property itself is a beautiful old building packed with original features converted into modern apartments. Parking on site was a great benefit. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped with a large comfy bed. It was generally quiet and we slept really well whilst we there. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Cons: Only gripe - no mirrors in the bedroom and we were attending a function so needed them for getting ready. The bathroom is quite dark so the mirror is no good for doing makeup. PLEASE install a full length mirror in the bedroom and a freestanding mirror on the dressing table. Could do with a smart tv.

Pros: Apartment was spacious and comfortable, and good location.

Excellent stay and a perfect location.

Pros: We hired 4 rooms for the bridal party for my daughter's wedding. The staff cleaned my daughter's room after we went to the ceremony. Upon return they had sprinkled flowers round the room and put up congratulations banners. It was a lovely touch, thank you.

Cons: When we returned from the wedding around 1 am, we were greeted by loud noise from the room above us. At around 2 am we went round and there were around 15 people having a party for someone's 30th. We asked they to keep the noise down. They apologised but laughed at us. They did eventually quieten down, but it took the edge off a brilliant day.
