great family stay in a beautiful village, lovely food and lots to visit locally

Pros: Breakfast was great, lots of choice and fresh products. Accomodation was just what we needed, a cosy living area and two bedrooms and an ample kitchen. Bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and lovely hot shower and radiator.

Utterley Superb

Pros: The perfect stay. Thoughtful hosts provided a warm welcome. Nice touches like milk, eggs and orange juice in the fridge. A fantastic breakfast menu (across the road at Willows) was included. Spotless accommodation, very comfortable. Great location, excellent value for money. Dinner at Willows restaurant is also highly recommended - excellent wine list and good beer also. Thank you!

Pateley Bridge and the cottage a great base to explore this beautiful area !

Pros: Great location . All the staples provided , tea, coffee, milk , juice etc. fabulous breakfast just seconds away at the lovely cafe. Great little bolt hole !

We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The breakfast was lovely and there was a good choice on the menu. The staff were nice. The apartment was in a good location just off the main road and great for access to the public car park just over the road. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It was nice and quiet. It was very handy just to nip across the road to the restaurant for breakfast. Plenty of towels for us to use. Complimentary biscuits, milk and chocolates, bottled water etc.

Cons: Bath hot water could have been hotter, otherwise very happy with our stay.

Comfortable clean property in a great location with a fabulous breakfast included

Pros: Centrally located in Pateley Bridge so everything close by. Well presented, clean and spacious property which had everything we needed. Breakfast at the cafe opposite was amazing and such a bonus; great quality and big portions. Hosts were lovely and helpful.
