Pros: Great location close to the market and all the attractions. Quiet, with good facilities. Good for self catering.

Cons: Parking via time disc is a little inconvenient, especially if you have mobility issues (not my case). Had to park up the hill during the day - a nice walk anyway...

Cons: As we arrived in the dark, and did not know the layout, this was a little disappointing as a movement triggered light would have made things much easier. There was a slightly damp smell in the bathroom on arrival which still hadn’t cleared by the end of the stay.

Pros: Location - Great central location. Thriving town with lots of quality independent businesses, and places to eat. Everything we needed in the flat. Well furnished. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds, clean modern bathroom and kitchen. Thank you

Cons: Numerous cameras to the entrance of the property felt invasive at times. Stairway was a little dirty. Couldn't adjust the wifi thermostat. We'd turn it down and it would keep returning the temperature to the original setting. Very hot in the property on the last night.

Pros: This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We love the location and the apartment is comfortable and clean. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we next visit Richmond

Pros: The location is excellent with easy parking outside. The beds are great, and the nights were so quiet.

Leisure and walking break which was enjoyable, and stress free

Pros: On one level, clean and tidy, close to Richmond Town centre.

Cons: No parking 24 /7 outside the property, but Lee suggested parking on Quakers Lane, left the car there for all of our stay.
