Good location, warm & cosy lovely river walks 2 minutes away.

Pros: The house was perfect, cosy & comfortable Very clean like new Kitchen every thing you need very well equipped

Perfect for us.

Pros: We were in the area for a wedding. The property was very clean and seemed brand new. Comfy beds and overall lovely. A lot of instructions which helped.

Well appointed and equipped house, with great easy access to Ripon and beyond

Pros: We were within a pleasant ten minute (slow) walk of the centre of Ripon, and easy access to get in or out of Ripon by car. You get a good view from the upstairs back bedroom of the Cathedral too. Everything, including the house is brand new. We were amazed at how well laid out it was, plenty of room for us downstairs in the open plan kitchen/dining room/sitting room, as well as loads of drawer and hanging space in the two double bedrooms. Plenty of cooking equipment, a fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave, with plenty of utensils. There was even a dishwasher and a washer/dryer….and instructions for their use.

Cons: The garden is very basic and we couldn’t manage to unlock the doors with the key we had….we didn’t really need it as we were out and about, but I’m sure some people would like to sit outside to eat etc. There were no grab rails on the bath or on the wall to help with getting in and especially out of the shower when wet. We couldn’t lower the temperature in the room despite reading the instructions (probably because I am not good with technology).!
