The Penthouse - Allocated Parking with City Views

Superbly appointed and located apartment.

Pros: A large comfortable, very well appointed apartment, finished to a high standard and contained everything that we needed. The electric heating was very effective and allowed a separate temperature to be set in each room.We all found the beds superbly comfortable and enjoyed a good nights sleep. The apartment is in an excellent location overlooking the Market Place.Within 100metres you have great restaurants, we enjoyed eating at Portofino and Royal Oak; great selection of pubs ranging from Portly Pig craft ale bar to Royal Oak to Wetherspoons; plus a large Sainsbury's for all your self catering shopping. The joining instructions include a informative video and have set a new gold standard. Easily the best I have seen.

Cons: Nothing!

Would definitely use this property again

Pros: Very clean, modern apartment, good facilities, everything you would expect for a holiday let. Parking is a bonus. Lovely terrace which would be great in the summer. Property overlooks the town square but the sound insulation is good.

Cons: Only downside is there is no lift and the flat is on the top floor. This was not an issue for us but could be if you have lots of luggage or mobility issues. Would have been useful to know that the nespresso machine was not the normal small pods (again not a big issue though)

Weekend stay in Ripon

Pros: Very comfy flat in great location. Excellent communication about the property including video instructions to find the parking spaces.

Cons: We had to ask for coffee pods as none were provided and a replacement light bulb for the bedroom lamp. The bathroom door lock also needed maintenance. We were concerned someone might get stuck in the bathroom.

Lovely weekend away with 4 friends in a perfect location.

Pros: Great location.The penthouse is spotlessly clean , very comfy beds , great view of the market square , fabulous kitchen with everything you needed. Lovely outdoor area with great views.

Cons: Nothing.

We had a lovely stay but the cleanliness let things down a bit.

Pros: I was a great space, loved the decor, it was in a fantastic location.

Cons: It was not very clean. There were a lot of stains on the carpets. The showers could do with a good scrub. The blankets on the beds were unclean and one of the duvet covers had blood splatters on that looked unwashed.

We had a good holiday and enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse Apartment.

Pros: Warm, roomy, comfortable and in an excellent location. The private parking is a huge bonus.

Cons: No oven gloves. A set of pasta dishes would have been useful. The coffee making machine was very complicated and pods for it unavailable as far as we could tell….

Beautiful apartment, really convenient for town. Lovely tapas bar just around the corner!

Pros: Couldn't fault the apartment - it was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had every amenity you could need. Only suggestion would be a mat by the back door as it was super wet during our stay and so would have been good to wipe feet coming in from the terrace.

Cons: Nothing, it was fab. Only bad thing was the blind in my room fell down when I went to open it on my second morning which was unfortunate.

Lovely apartment.

Pros: Very spacious and warm apartment with lots of modern touches. Plenty of seating. Central location for the city and surrounding area.

Cons: The kitchen tap was loose. Some areas would benefit from a little more time when cleaning i.e a few cobwebs about and dust on kitchen island lights and kitchen window sill. More teaspoons required.

Lovely Weekend Break

Pros: The location, the amount of space in each room and was great value for money.

Cons: The tap in the kitchen needs resealing. The outdoor patio area was dirty and a wasp nest was nearby also.

Pros: Very good location. Comfortable beds Excellent catering facilities. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace with the view of the cathedral

Cons: Some of our party found the bedrooms wirh windows facing the street a bit noisy late at night. And obviously being the penthouse involved a lot of stairs! While parking is allocated for 2 cars when we arrived only one space was available. Perhaps it could be made clearer about the allocation of car park places in the car park
