Perfect place for a relaxing break

Pros: Lovely apartment, 5 minute walk to centre. Lovely and clean and comfortable bed. Very private would recommend 👌

Cons: The only thing I could say negative is that postcode doesn't seem to bring a taxi right to the door. They either stopped at the car park next door or at the junction to come into the grounds lol. Not a big problem though

Pros: Location great, had everything you would need, shower fantastic and bed very comfortable.

Cons: Very disappointed there was not any Christmas decorations. We came to Ripon to spend Christmas with our family and was very disappointed there was not even a small tree or a few tasteful decorations anywhere. We live on a Scottish Island and every holiday home up here has Christmas decorations up if they have anyone in their rental properties at that time of year. The apartment was clean but housekeeping needs a better eye to certain things. The TV was full of marks, looked like it had been cleaned with the wrong item including the top of the island. Very dusty on the towel rail in the bathroom especially at the bottom and with what you charge I think you need to not put out stained towels. They were clean but most of them had old stains on them. The blind in the bedroom needs fixing. Unfortunately we were not told the lift was not working which might have been a problem for some people.

Pros: Impressive building with beautiful decor. Well equipt kitchen and very clean and tidy. Perfect location only a 5 minute walk into the town centre. Great communication between host and myself.

Cons: Couldn't fault however the lift was broken although this wasn't an issue for us, it may be a problem for those less able.

This apartment is amazing!

Pros: Everything about this apartment was brilliant, from the design and furnishings, to chopsticks and fabric wash. Everything was provided! The building is stunning and the apartment was so clean, comfortable and warm including the bed. Located in a quiet area around a 10 minute walk into town. Communication was brilliant too and there are books and information sheets in the apartment with info about the region for guests. I’d definitely return.

Cons: Absolutely nothing!

Delightful place to stay whilst visiting family.

Great place to stay quiet and it was like staying at Downton Abbey

Pros: Exceptional apartment, parking no problem, very quiet all of the stay,everything you needed for a great stay.

Cons: Stairs to room were a nightmare ,if you have mobility problems, my partner had to carry all bags up as the lift was out of order. Finest retreats were not very helpful in any way,I'm missed the cancellation period by few hours due to my brothers illness, and they said about few times they would help me out after management meetings but never got back ,they never did even after he past away, lucky for us the window of opportunity to go came to go ,as the funeral was 2 days after our stay ,it all worked out well and it was the break we needed.

Amazing apartment

Pros: The apartment was amazing. Comfortable bed, facilities beautiful inside apartment.

Cons: Only downside was the lift was broken which meant you had to carry all your belongings up many flights of stairs. This was not good even if you didn't have mobility issues.
