Pros: A late review as we stayed in November 2025! The hosts were very organised and gave clear information regarding keys etc so it was all simple. This apartment was a real home from home, so warm and comfortable. Perfect location on a quiet street, with ample parking and a nice easy walk into York City centre.

Cons: This is personal preference and didnt make our stay less enjoyable, but the lighting in the living area seemed a bit dark.

Cons: The only thing there was only 3 forks and there was 4 of us but we managed.

A lovely apartment with simple and clear communication/instructions. I’d definitely rebook if ever in York again.

Pros: The location was great! Walking distance even for children. The property had everything we needed for our two nights in York. Having free parking was really good and it was such an easy process to organise. The communication and instructions provided by David prior to our arrival was very clear and simple.

Cons: Definitely not a deal breaker but the water was so hot and hard to find a good temperature for showers. Just had to be extra careful for my child showering.

Pros: What a wonderful place to stay! York is gorgeous, the property is very clean and cosy, the beds were very comfortable and the host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment in convenient location.

Pros: Stylish comfortable apartment, perfect for our needs. Both bedrooms en-suite with good showers. Loved the location and the short walk to into town seeing all the twinkling Christmas lights along the way. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

Cons: It was on the top floor of 3 storey building so few stairs to climb.. Fine for us but may not be suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs.

Excellent stay for the Christmas markets - would recommend.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms. All you need to self cater and a smart TV. Having parking was a big bonus. Quiet side street very close to the city centre.

Cons: Wifi really patchy and could have done with a couple more small shower gels and shampoo bottles

Pros: Spacious, cosy and superbly well equipped. This apartment is absolutely perfect. Close to all town amenities and a really lovely place to stay. Thanks for lovely touches in the welcome pack too.
