Lovely little mini stay in York, even the weather was on our side.

Pros: Great location, very handy for town and railway station. Lovely property, well equipped, glad that a few teabags, coffee, sugar and milk were supplied as we forgot.

Cons: Top floor so lots of stairs, but otherwise no problems.

It was excellent and we will definitely book here again if coming back to York.

Pros: It was in a great location as only a 5 minute walk from the centre of York. The parking space was a bonus. There was tea, coffee, milk and biscuits when we arrived. The complimentary toiletries were nice too.

Pros: Well equipped and a good location for the city centre.

Cons: More than one set of keys would be helpful.

Pros: Really convenient location. Good size and facilities.

Cons: The bed in the main room (with dressing room) makes a clunking noise whenever you move. The kitchen door does not close (slightly misaligned and therefore doesn’t click into place). It would have helped if there were more drinking glasses and cups.

Nice place, rip off company

Pros: Great property and location, but we will never stay in a Pass The Keys property again as we were forced to pay additional hidden charges and bombarded with texts and emails daily until we did so.

Excellent and really enjoyed it.

Pros: Excellent location. Bedrooms comfy and spacious. Kitchen well equipped although there could have been more drinking glasses. Those there were ill matched and one was cracked.

Cons: The waste bins needed a clean and although the windows were double glazed there was still a lot of outside noise.
