Lovely property, with excellent staff who are very accommodating! Would recommend!

Pros: Staff very friendly and room clean and spacious. Had dinner there with my family who I was visiting and the food is delicious!

Cons: I’ve now stayed here three times, mid week and because it is in a little village the property does close a little early, approximate nine 930. That would be my one only minor point.

Nice venue, comfortable room, friendly staff

Pros: Modern, comfortable room with everything i needed for a one night business trip. Staff were very welcoming.

Cons: Room was over the road which woke me up in the morning

Enjoyable 3 day stay with all the amenities on site.

Pros: The location was perfect for our stay. The restaurant and bar were ideal being right on site. Separate entrance/exit for residents was good as it saved going through the restaurant.

Cons: The shower in our room was very difficult to turn on and off, when we mentioned it to a staff member it was clear that they knew this already and due to the season had difficulties getting it repaired. it would have been better if they’d told us on arrival so we were prepared for it. We were also expecting the bed to be made each day and supplies restocked, this didn’t impact on our stay though.

Unfortunately due to hardness of pillows this is the only reason I wouldn’t return.

Pros: Food was lovely and room nice and clean, staff very friendly.

Cons: Unfortunately the pillows and bed were very hard. Didn’t sleep too well.

Excellent value for money.

Pros: The property is beautiful and decorated very well. The staff are friendly and professional and the food in the restaurant was excellent value for money. It’s a little outside of Burnley but that’s how it should be for a farmhouse vibe like this. Still only 5 minutes from the centre in a taxi.

I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Pros: The room was beautiful, so reasonable and check-in was effortless.

Pros: First time visiting the area and what a absolute gem of a find this hotel was. Lovely warm welcome as soon as we stepped foot through the doors, we arrived earlier than planned but our room was ready made up and we were able to check in without fuss. Bedrooms are beautiful, we stayed in room one with a gorgeous stone wall and a real rustic warm feeling to the room. Room was immaculate, fluffy towels, extra pillows and a hair dryer all provided. Stunning location. Breakfast was outstanding, staff very attentive and knowledgeable about local legends/places to visit, we were made to feel so welcome. We will 100% be booking again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff that made our Halloween weekend one to remember 🎃

Cons: There was nothing we didnt like.

Highly recommend

Pros: Staff attentive and professional, though they were very busy. Service prompt and friendly. Room elegant and comfortable. Breakfast fresh, generous and delicious.

Cons: Nothing!

Beautiful stay

Pros: The room was lovely and bed was comfy. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was really nice to

Cons: There was a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling but apart from that, the room was really clean.

Very pleased with the comfortable room; well presented and safe. The staff were lovely and helpful too.

Pros: It was very relaxed, incredibly clean and well decorated. I felt very comfortable in my room

Cons: My room was right next to the road which was busy until late and then again early in the morning which was the only tiny negative
