We will return!

Pros: A lovely B&B, v comfortable room including robes and an ice bucket, easy (&free) parking, dog friendly, a warm welcome from the owners and a very friendly chat with Adrian over breakfast (plenty of choice, good portions) Flexibility with breakfast times and a generous check out time. Lovely setting, so convenient and quiet albeit nice and close to the main square. Easy pleasant walk to dinner at the Sandpiper Inn and gorgeous walks close by.

Cons: Window didn't open for air, shower temperature was tricky to control.

Great stay with the perfect hosts

Pros: Situated in a lovely location, great base to explore the Dales, beautiful old building and Adrian and Dustin were the perfect hosts, welcoming, accommodating and attentive and breakfast was lovely - we will definitely recommend and return

A relaxing stay with great hosts and amazing breakfasts.

Pros: Adrian and Dustin, the hosts, are friendly and informative. The breakfast at Grove House was to die for. A good choice on the menu, plentiful and cooked to perfection. Grove House itself is full of charm and character; oak beams, period art and furniture. Oh, I did I mention the quiet location tucked away in a corner and just a short walk into the village square. Leyburn is a great, ‘hub’ location to visit other places, such as Richmond, Aysgarth, Hawes, Masham, just to mention a few. We are most definitely returning to Grove House later this year. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons: I can’t honestly find any fault at Grove House. However, eating out in Leyburn was a bit hit and miss. Though, to be fair, it is out of season and the weather wasn’t particularly good. Through a combination of staffing problems, and a new change of landlord, there was only one place to eat. We still enjoyed our stay though.

Pros: We loved the house, our room was great with very comfy bed. The hosts were very friendly and very knowledgeable about local area. We also enjoyed delicious breakfast served in beautiful room

Lovely Night in Leyburn

Pros: Absolutely beautiful property in a great location. Room spotless and super comfy bed and bedding. A very warm welcome from the lovely owners, and amazing choices for breakfast, cooked to perfection 👌 5 stars from us and we will definately be staying again!

Very comfortable, and excellent breakfast.

Pros: It was quaint and tasteful. Good position in Leyburn and easy parking.

Pros: Breakfast offered a very nice choice with excellent starters. All well cooked and appetising. The bedroom was very smart, with a comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom toiletries.

Cons: A little more heat in the evenings would have been appreciated.

Pros: Lovely house in a quiet location, just off the main market place in Leyburn. Adrian and Dustin were great hosts and the breakfast was exceptional!

Cons: The mattress on the bed could have been better.
