Lovely location and easy access to walks, would stay again.

Pros: Good location, had everything we needed. Living space done nicely.

Cons: Downstairs a lot cooler than upstairs, although electric heaters provided. Also obviously causes damp issues by the need for dehumidifiers and the flaking paint on the walls.

Pros: Spacious, nicely furnished, fantastic location, well equipped, easy to access and parking included. Been able to take our dogs with us.

Cons: Due to humidity pain was peeling off in one bedroom and in the hall.

Pros: It was very comfortable, warm and there was lots of hot water

Cons: The only slight problem was that there are two doors both of which say number 9. We found the wrong one first in the dark and wondered where the key was.

Perfect!!

Pros: We stayed here while we were taking part in a charity 26 mile hike in the local area and couldn’t have been happier with every aspect of our stay. The bottle of wine in the fridge was a lovely touch (even though we didn’t drink it) We are looking at booking again for a relaxing weekend away.

Cons: There was nothing not to like.

The perfect safe stay for a solo holiday

Pros: This was my first ever solo holiday and it could not have been more perfect - the location, the property, Sunita being the loveliest host. I was so excited as soon as I arrived and sat out by the river with a cup of tea and was able to completely switch off for a few days. I’m so over the moon that my first experience of a solo holiday has left me eager to book again - I felt so safe here, so cosy and just like I was home. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay and I can’t wait to come back!

Pros: The property is splendid, the location superb, Host was very pleasant and sorted a minor bedding issue within minutes Would definitely stay again

Cons: Only 1 car parking pass, we had 2 cars, and there were 5 or six empty spaces
