PRIVATE LUXURY Barn Stay with Hot Tub and OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT

Excellent.

Pros: Easy access on arrival. Gardens are completely secure so no issues allowing our dogs to roam around freely. Accommodation was very comfortable, remote location was perfect for our stay and the host was excellent when needed.

Wonderful family break between Christmas and New Year to recharge in these peaceful surroundings

Pros: Instructions clear and the lockbox was easily accessible. easy rolling gate which secured the property fully, the beds are extremely comfortable and having a wood burner and big hot tub with amazing views of the Dales. Adam the host was available and helpful when we needed help settling in and using the facilities.

Cons: Would have been the perfect start had the hot tub been ready for use, however appreciate it was being cleaned between guests and refilling, it took a while to figure out the heating and kitchen could benefit from little additional items such as cafetière and more oven trays.

Perfect getaway

Pros: Amazing place, secluded and cosy with views. Went as a little getaway for my sister. The hot tub was fantastic; it was the hottest tub we'd been in and great for the slightly chillier evening

Cons: Everything was great, only tiny blip was that it was unfortunate that on our stay the outdoor TV wasn't working and was due to get fixed.

Pros: Location is amazing, the house is beautifull and spotlessly clean. The hot tub is fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: We were looking forward to using the outdoor pizza oven but there was no pizza stone. We could not connect to the wifi, network not found and the QR code had been rubbed off so didnt work. Several remotes for the TV could do with being labled. The hairddryer did not work so lots of damp hair after the hot tub.

Beautiful location and house

Pros: Loved the location, the space and facilities. So beautiful. We are a family of three and stayed here for 2 nights and had an amazing time. The house is lovely, cozy modern. Wouldnt say it can sleep up to 10 people but it is still quite spacious.

Cons: No network at all and house internet was also a little slow

House was beautiful, but lots of time spent worrying about the financial side.

Pros: Beautiful house, land & hot tub. Very clean, was lovely to get back to after a day walking.

Cons: Loved everything about the house, only downside was 3 of the beds were camp beds (as advertised) We were a group of adults, the adults who slept on the camp beds were not as comfortable as those who got beds. A day before we were about to leave, booking.com advised me it is a £100 per dog. We were taking 2. This was a complete shock as nowhere in the advertisement was we advised of this, in the advertisement it states there “may” be a fee. Booking.com admitted it’s a known problem and they were looking into this. After I challenged it, the owner reduced the £200 to £100. I also paid a further £300 security deposit a day before we left, in case of breakages, when we got to the property there were pre existing breakages, camp bed sofa being the main one. We were paranoid that we’d be blamed, so took time out of the night to notify the owner, who was aware of this. We only had 4 toilet rolls for the full weekend, in a house for 10, so again, had to take time out of our walking weekend, to go shopping for this.

An absolute gem

Pros: Exceptional property with everything you could possibly need. Already trying to find an excuse to return.

Beautiful home and views. It was perfect for our weekend get away which provided ample space for all 8 of us without fee

Pros: Beautiful house that is surrounded by fields and sheep. The house was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Inside of the house has a modern country feel to it and was a perfect place to stay for our group. The hot tub was a great, and was all set up ready for us to jump straight in. There was plenty of parking space and we were able to fit all cars on the drive.

Cons: Nothing, everything was great.

Excellent to stay

Pros: Great location of the tourist place, big enough parking, big rooms, kitchen and living room, great hot hub at same time watch TV as well.

Cons: All was great, owner is great person

Pros: The place was beautiful and the most perfect location. Would definitely come back and was amazing value for money.
