Great well equipped cosy cottage

Pros: Very well equipped cosy cottage, off street parking, lovely location

Cons: A very very minor point, water not hot enough in shower, I like it really hot

A country cottage on the edge of town.

Pros: The property was exceptional, it was comfortable, well equiped and warm with plenty of information available to make your stay a good one. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and given the circumstances that we were in Barlick for this all made for an easier weekend. The property is ideally located to town where you can access the many bars and shops. It is also within close proximity to some good walks whether that be along the Leeds Liverpool canal or over the moors.

Cons: The only niggle was the size of the towels for the shower, my wife prefers the bath sheets rather than bath towels, but hey, if that was the only issue, it just shows how good the property is.

Cosy, quirky cottage

Pros: The quirkiness and character of the cottage was so cosy, we loved the log fire. The heating had been put on so when we arrived it was warm. The instructions for the entry were very clear and the cottage is located a short walk from the lovely town with lots of lovely bars and cafes.
