Good value, nice location for what we wanted to visit and well equipped.

Pros: very well equipped, cozy, plenty of space and nice and warm. Heating had been put on before we got there. Bought some logs from the nearby farm shop (well recommended) and had an open fire on the last night.

Cons: The lock to the main house door very fiddly to lock and unlock.

Excellent, would stay again.

Pros: The location was what we needed and it was dog friendly. I could charge my car from a 13A plug with my extension. The wood fire was a lovely bonus.

Cons: The twin room beds were very wobbly and difficult to sleep in comfortably. I think it was the bases but the springs could be felt in the mattress. It would be better with a walk in shower for older people.

Pros: Feels like home. Well equipped kitchen so a pleasure to cook. Has a cosy fire and good internet connection to enjoy relaxing in evenings in front of TV. Off road parking provided. Lovely garden in a beautiful area.

Cosy cottage in a quiet location but not far from amenities.

Pros: As we were running late on the day of arrival, Emma, our host, went in and put the heating on. This made a cosy cottage even cosier. In terms of facilities it is everything you could want from a cottage, very clean, spacious, plus off street parking.
