A great place to stay, very peaceful and relaxing.

Pros: Very clean and well presented cottage, if you're wanting peace and quiet this is the perfect location. Great views of the surrounding countryside. Vanessa and Ray are very friendly and welcoming. It's not too far from Settle, just take care down the narrow but beautiful country roads to and from the property. Plenty of places nearby worth a visit.

Pros: This is the best equipped self catering accomodation that we've ever stayed in. There is absolutely everything that you need, from kitchen essentials like pots, pans - even tupperware containers to store leftovers - to essentials ingredients like salt and oil. Plus books, dvds and boardgames for entertainement. The loveliest thing for us where the binoculars on the window to admire the view - which are amazing by the way. The place is secluded and so quiet but it's still only 10 minutes from the nearest village and the A65 so a great location to explore this part of the dales. We've had a really great time and really felt at home in Routster Cottage. I definitely recommend
