St Pauls Terrace - 2 bed house nr Train Station

Pros: The fresh smelling bed sheets, the generous towel allowance, the large living and dining space, the location, the well-stocked kitchen, the games (special shout out for Trivial Pursuit & Cluedo), a nice and warm home.

Cons: The soft furnishings eg. The pillows and throws need a clean as they don't smell fresh.

Pros: Lovely, cosy, comfortable house. Very well equipped and super comfy beds. We loved the welcome treats and the excellent communication with the host. Nice area of York within easy walking distance of the centre.

Cons: Dishwasher would have been good, but not a huge issue as we ate out every night.

Would happily stay here again. Close to rail and just on outskirts of the city.

Pros: kitchen was fine, we had a number of meals at home, supermarket in town. pretty terrace , in a suburban street, not too far from town and rail. Cosy pub just around the corner.

Cons: there were no USB connections on any of the power points

Pros: We loved the location, it was only a 20 min walk to the centre. The house was nice and big enough for us with everything we needed.

Pleasant private place to stay in York within an easy walking distance to centre

Pros: Nice to have a place to ourselves. Nice quiet area.

Cons: Would have loved to have had a dishwasher as opposed to a washing machine.

Comfy and convenient

Pros: Comfy house in a great location, we enjoyed our stay and it was a great base for the wedding that we were attending in York. Snacks provided were nice touch and we managed to navigate the parking restrictions without too much fuss!

Cons: There were a lot of wasps in the garden (potentially a nest?) which we had to steer clear of. But this was easily done.

A fabulous stay

Pros: The property is in a quiet location and handy for walking around York. Close to the train station. The property had every facility needed with added touches, left by the host. Very comfortable bed. The communication from booking to leaving the property is informative and a great service. Would definitely return to this property.

Cons: Accept the check out time is 10am but would prefer 11am to give that extra time

Pros: Location was amazing very clean and comfortable good facilities

Cons: Heating was a bit of a problem

Pros: The property is very clean and comfortable and in a great location. Beds were comfy and there was everything we needed. Great communication from the property team.

Excellent place to stay

Pros: Very comfortable and clean. We had some nice treats left for us. The house itself has some lovely feature fireplaces. We felt at home and at ease being in someone's home. The instructions to get there and get in were very clear. Was very easy to find. Took about 15 mins to walk into York but was a very quiet street. Was nice to sit out in the small garden with pretty lights in the evening. Very well presented house. Would stay again.

Cons: The boiler was a bit noisy but kept bathroom door shut.
