Pros: Charming house, warm and welcoming, very well equipped from mixers to board games. We had a full house, every room in use, comfortable beds. Particularly liked the art work and colourful blinds as well at the view over the river. Location excellent, village is buzzing and lovely river walks. Access and communication prompt and straightforward with local suggestions. Aiming to revisit!

Cons: Minor problem with the dishwasher which I'm sure will be resolved quickly.

Very homely and comfortable, with wonderful location and views.

Pros: What a lovely and deceptively large house, perfect for a group. The views to the River Wharfe are stunning and the river itself is just a couple of minutes’ walk. We went down to the river every day. The house is just a few minutes’ walk from Grassington town centre. It was very clean, comfortable, well-equipped (especially the kitchen) and well-furnished with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The garden is a real highlight, very colourful and relaxing with plenty of quality garden furniture. Perfect for a BBQ. We had a very happy time here and would not hesitate to come back.

Excellent house and location for walking the many footpaths and visiting grassington pubs and shops!

Pros: Lovely spacious and very well equipped house, with lovely decor. Fabulous location right at start of walks, and close to pickup point for dales way minibuses which we used a lot.

Cons: Nothing. Although I do think the downstairs room was possibly a little damp?
