Great place for exploring local area

Pros: Location ideal for exploring the area. close to great restaurants, in a quiet area, close to park and town centre. Host quick to respond to any issues.

Cons: Not enough soft seating in lounge for more than 5 people.

A well maintained and presented property in walking distance of Harrogate centre.

Pros: Plenty of space for our family of 7. Beautifully decorated and maintained throughout. Kitchen and facilities amazing. Great location for our family wedding.

Cons: The double bed at the top of the first stairs was too small for 2 people to get a good nights sleep. Sink plugs and shower drains need removing for a good clean as they did not cope with even a teeth clean or a handwashing.. We were not aware of the tight parking, having to reverse out of the road to depart and had 2 cars being 7 of us so there were insufficient parking cards. Some of the spaces in our road were coned off too. There was no heating on arrival for the first night, but this was promptly resolved as it had been turned off.

Pros: Location was really good which means you can walk everywhere

Cons: The single beds were very narrow

Pros: The house was very comfortable, spacious and clean and in a great location.

Cons: A few of the dining chairs were unstable on arrival. On reporting this, I got an immediate response, and they were fixed the next day.

Lovely, comfortable house in a great location.

Pros: Excellent location, good size bedrooms, plenty of living space.

Cons: Kitchen could do with being more equipped with cupboard items such as oil, stock cubes, spices, salt and pepper.

Pros: Absolutely everything... Stunning modern house, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Bedding and towels both good.

Pros: The location was absolutely perfect for us to get into town. The house was beautiful and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay.
