50th Anniversary Celebration

Pros: Lovely clean house,dog friendly and close to town centre. Also close to Valley Gardens for dog walking,both early morning and through the day. Good value for money for such a large house.

Cons: Not a lot of parking on the street. Some of our party arrived after six o'clock. Off loading car a bit difficult in pouring rain, but managed to find free parking close by. Over all not much to not like.

A beautiful house in the heart of Harrogate

Pros: Fabulous house with 4 large bedrooms. We loved all the homely touches and decor.

Pros: A nicely proportioned house with good size bedrooms Free WiFi Comfortable accommodation Layout of 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom per floor Well-stocked kitchen with tea, coffee etc, washing detergents (dishwasher and washing machine) Conveniently located near Valley gardens and short walk to main town centre. Parking permits

Cons: Situated at a dead end - no turning circle - very tight parking. Noisy early morning - e.g refuse collection at 6.30am from neighbouring restaurant. Refuse disposal - only 1 bin in the alleyway for recycling. No bin for residual waste or cardboard/paper Ash tray full of cigarette ends on the garden table. Top bathroom - could not adjust the temperature on the shower (too hot) Front door - wooden slat on the floor came loose. Outside not very clean - e.g window ledges Thermostat knob on kitchen radiator broke off when it was turned to adjust it. Some stained bedding

We had a great stay and would definitely stay again

Pros: The property was really comfortable and so close to the town centre. Everything was there for a great few days stay. The home was well heated for a December stay

Cons: The bathroom sink on level three took all day to drain. Hopefully it has been fixed

Pros: Beautiful house in a great location. great communication from the hosts if needed.

Cons: The back door doesn’t lock properly so was a bit uncomfortable security wise. Ideally need new frying pan and toaster. Took us ages to open the cupboard that has the ironing board in as very stiff. The back yard could have been a lovely sitting area but hadn’t been cleaned but this wasn’t a major issue for us as we were out most the day and evening visiting family.

Pros: The location, the property was a great size and very clean.

Cons: There was only a small shower gel and shampoo in one bathroom. No welcome pack or handbook was left in the property.
