Lovely stay in a lovely house and the weather was fab too !

Pros: The house was lovely and was a lovely Home from home house. It was a clean and comfortable and the hosts were really quick to respond and left a bottle of fizz for my Friends birthday.

Cons: Nothing!

Brilliant house for group stay in Harrogate

Pros: Location was excellent right in the heart of Harrogate. Only 10 minutes from the conference centre which is why we were there, but surrounded by lots of interesting restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable and the facilities met all our needs. Communications through the agents were easy and requests were responded to very quickly. Thank you, we had a great time.

Excellent location, a beautiful property and wonderful place to stay - highly recommended.

Pros: The location and ease of parking. The cleanliness and overall quality of the property. The ease of communication with our hosts. The extra little touches such as the tulips on the table, delicious cake and personalised greeting card.

Cons: There was only one bathroom and toilet but this was clearly stated on the initial information so this was not a problem at all. This is a wonderful place to stay.

Great location and a comfortable stay

Pros: Excellent location. Beautiful house, well presented.

Cons: Not a big problem but an extra bathroom would have been good. Host mentioned they are putting en suite in soon.

Extremely comfortable and convenient

Pros: We didn’t have any issues at all. It was really comfortable and well equipped… there was actually more than we needed.

Cons: The only “negative” thing I have to say is that while there is parking for 2 small cars, if you’re travelling in anything bigger then two cars in the space is doable but EXTREMELY tight. But it is a minor quibble… everything else is excellent.

The perfect house for a Harrogate weekend!

Pros: The house was perfect for a weekend away with friends. The lounge / dinning room was homely. The kitchen had everything (and more) we needed and we all had lovely, comfy bedrooms. The location is amazing, very central with Bettys just across the road. We will definitely book again!

Brilliant home from home. Highly recommend.

Pros: Property couldn’t be better placed, excellent location 2min walk and you have all the restaurants/bars, 5 mins to bus station. Really cozy and had everything you could need. Definitely a home from home. Kathy left us a welcome card and gift which was such a lovely gesture. The shower was great and always hot water even with 5 adults using. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need if you were eating in. We ate out all the time so only used the kettle 😀. Would highly recommend, infact if Kathy will allow us we are going to look to book next year.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike.
