Beautifully modernised well equipped spotlessly clean old house with an easy short walk into the centre of Harrogate

It would have been absolutely perfect with just a few minor changes but this would stop me staying here again. We had a

Pros: The property was clean and spacious with multiple bathrooms.

Cons: The property was cold and the heating hadn’t been turned on for our arrival. Also, the tv had a fire stick but we couldn’t just watch normal TV. No free view which was very restrictive.

Pros: The accommodation was in a great location with local amenities and only a short instance into Harrogate centre. The decor in the accommodation was lovely and it was very clean and well kept.

Deceptively spacious gem of a property

Pros: Quiet location, access to a garden, open plan living, comfortable bedrooms, gorgeous bathrooms, general cleanliness and closeness to food shops.

Cons: Kitchen equipment could do with a few additions: a vegetable peeler and a (Pyrex?) measuring jug would have made a couple of tasks easier. Also a washing up sponge with a green abrasive back or a washing up brush - anything other than just half a j cloth, which wasn't quite up to the job of general pan washing.

Pros: Well thought out, much larger/more spacious in real life. Really lovely finishes and plenty of extras to make it an easy home-from-home experience. Host was brilliant, lots of information and the videos in advance were really helpful.

Cons: Garden/outdoor area could do with a bit more tlc to match the inside of the property

Pros: Great open plan lay out. Beautiful interior and furnishings. Generous en suite bedooms with the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in. Fabulously detailed instructions from Tahira who was easily contactable and very accommodating. Location was great too. Perfect for getting into central Harrogate and with a lovely row of shops and a pub nearby.

Great experience. The host was excellent and the property was great.

Pros: I liked the generous sizes of the rooms and bathrooms. I also liked the modern decor of the property. It’s been refurbished to a high standard with new appliances. I liked the fact that there was parking at the rear of the property. We were out till late and would have struggled to get parking on the street. Our host was super helpful, checked to make sure we were fine, and even sent us flowers during our stay.

Pros: Amazing location Harrogate town was a short walk away A well organised property Tahira (owner) had left a detailed manual on the property & things of interest The property itself was very spacious Clean, tidy & very homely and so peaceful I would definitely stay here again & recommend anyone looking for a hidden oasis this is the house to stay in

Great location for city centre visiting and all you could wish for in a holiday property

Pros: The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. The treats were a nice touch and so grateful for the peace and quiet as well as the free parking. Lots of nearby walks, getting you out into the countryside and woods, all withing 5 mins walk from the house. Good facilities, well equipped and very comfortable big beds. No waiting for bathrooms with 3 of them spread over different floors. Lovely garden and sunny all day. Will certainly be back.

Amazing stay!

Pros: Check in was really easy with loads on information from the host. The house is beautifully presented and spotless. Well equipped, comfortable and perfect location for quiet and city. Nice touches such as soap, shampoo and conditioner for the bathroom and lovely local gifts and a bottle of prosecco in the fridge. The owners have thought of everything. Wished we could enjoy the garden and we had private parking too! Couldn't have wished for anything better. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
