Beautiful 3 bedroom house

Pros: Location first class Just off the stray and minutes from town centre andcststion

A beautiful property, excellent for our four models to stay in they loved it

Pros: Easy access and great instructions for entering the property

Central location and comfortable

Pros: Central location. Parking space. Open plan kitchen and lounge which was great for family get together. Downstairs toilet - accessible for older family members.

Cons: Recycling bin had gone missing so couldn't recycle rubbish.

We very much enjoyed our first visit to Harrogate and Yorkshire.

Pros: Location, a great base from which to explore the region, but had all other facilities within walking distance. Property itself offered all we needed.

Cons: House was very cold on arrival, which took till next day to warm up. Owner did explain though that he had mistaken the date. A few minor issues need attending to, but none that affected our stay.

We would probably stay again because of the space and location, and over all we enjoyed our stay but just slightly marre

Pros: Fantastic location, really good space, well furnished and easy check in experience.

Cons: Lack of attention to detail, and not the cleanest. For example badly fitted loo seats, whiffy fridge and bin, and the throw on the sofa was very dirty.

Well equipped , comfortable and clean modern town house in quiet location, fairly close to centre

Pros: Lovely quiet house in secure gated rows of modern townhouses behind older ones on the road. Adequately provided for kitchen etc with large fridge & freezer plus washing machine. Downstair WC as well as ensuite in master and a separate family bathroom. Using back coded gate 3 mins walk to Waitrose and 10min to station and central area. 15 to Convention Centre ( 20 back as upon hill!)

Cons: Minor issues easily fixed: The ensuite shower needs a shelf for shampoo /shower gel. Any one with even mild disability of back or knees can't bend to the floor of the shower to retrieve them. Also a towel hook just outside shower would help. En suite toilet seat was wrong size and loose. In family bathroom you can only fill the bath by running the shower into it! Master bedroom has no drawers. Only one key provided which was difficult when we went to bed with grandkids and their parents were out late. We couldn't lock the door and put key in the box! ( management company managed to leave second set for our 2nd night. ) We were initially given incorrect entry gate numbers as they had changed 2 days after we were sent details. Luckily a friendly neighbour helped us and management company called back quickly.

Ideal Christmas family stay.

Pros: The house was comfortable, clean and well equipped (although missing 1 fork and a bowl from a set of 8 - minor inconvenience!). We loved the open plan layout downstairs and the fact there was an accessible toilet on the same level for visiting elderly relatives. Neighbours across the square were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons: Only one designated parking space.

Pros: The kitchen/diner with living room made for a very sociable experience for a group of 6 friends. The location was brilliant.

Pros: Clean property, good sized bedrooms. Excellent central location in town.
