Central Harrogate Townhouse

Comfortable house in fab location. Not ideal for older people due to steep stairs.

Pros: Comfortable and clean. Good size for a family. Great location near town. Felt like a safe neighbourhood. Loved the coffee machine and biscuits. Bedrooms warm and beds comfortable.

Cons: Bit drafty in the lounge. The stairs were very steep. It was tricky to step over the bath into the shower with little legs. Would've preferred the ensuite to be next to the double room rather than the twin.

Nice little family pad very close to town centre.

Pros: Nicely decorated little house in a great location for central Harrogate. Walking distance to restaurants etc. We were attending a wedding at the Valley Gardens and it was about a 15 minute walk, so really convenient for us. The beds and linen were comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped. The coffee machine with supplies and biscuits was a lovely touch. Smart TV was great. The stairs are steep but I haven’t put that as a negative as we were a family with tweens/teens and didn’t have any trouble with them. Great comms from the host before and during stay.

Cons: Bathroom decor is a little tired, although everywhere was very clean. The water in the downstairs bathroom was scalding hot, but we have reported to the host so hopefully it’s been resolved.

Pros: Clean, modern apartment perfectly located for central Harrogate

Cons: Travelling with my 80 year old mother the stairs were quite dangerous for her, very steep and narrow steps so she had to come down the stairs very carefully in her bottom to avoid falling. I wouldn’t recommend the property for any older guests or anyone mobility issues. The street parking was also quite difficult to find with dine if the nearby roads being very narrow with double parking.

Pros: Very modern and great location, everything needed was provided. Great communication with the host, very helpful and responded promptly.

Cons: Despite the heating working, downstairs was still quite cold, especially for a young baby.

Hidden gem in Harrogate 👌🏻

Pros: What a fantastic stay! The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully presented. The location was just perfect... close to everything yet quiet. The hosts were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend and will definitely return!
