Smashing house in the centre of Harrogate

Pros: Located in a quiet street right next to the centre

Cons: Nice clean and spacious, however, shower in en-suite and only a bath for other guests to use.

Pros: We had a lovely stay. Almost everything we needed. A tea towel would have been helpful but not a big deal. Asda very close by. Comfortable beds amd spare pillows. Cloakroom is on second floor. There are stairs if you have disabled person, but we were fine. Two bedrooms on second floor, and two bedrooms on third floor. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely choose again.

Cons: A hand rail a back door would be helpful (because of the grate over basement window. A room fan would have been nice as it was very hot Friday, but I went to the Asda and bought one.

A superb location in an excellent value for money house with a friendly, helpful host.

Pros: Barbara, the host was very helpful. She was flexible about check in and leaving times which helped hugely with our conference experience. The location was 5 minutes from the convention centre and directly opposite a large supermarket. Car parking was good - easily a big enough space for 2 large vehicles. There was a pint of milk in the fridge when we arrived - nice touch!

Pros: The breakfast was lovely - in fact everything about this property was fantastic

Pros: The house is lovely, very comfy beds, very efficient heating! The location is perfect for accessing the town, literally a few minutes walk and you're in the town centre but the house is nice and quiet with good double glazing. We didn't really use the kitchen as we ate out but it appeared to be well equipped to cook a meal if you wanted to.

Cons: There's no outside light at the back door which made negotiating the steps a bit tricky. There was no hand soap in 2 of the 3 toilets so we had to buy some, and the padlock for the parking space was very stiff, could do with a bit of WD40! Other than these very minor things it was great.

Pros: overall the house was good, and local facilities were excellent good for parking

Cons: only minor issue was the heating system, unable to turn on heating

Cons: Not a problem for us. But if you struggle with stairs this isn't for you 🙈
