Modern living space in a clean, 2 bedroom house with garden space and near to Harrogate Town

Pros: Lovely 2 bedroom house in a quiet area. Near to the Harrogate Conference Centre and town or No. 2 bus. Some local shops nearby. Clean and comfy beds. Decor is modern. Lovely modern kitchen and shower bathroom. Enjoyed our stay and would go again.

Cons: Steep stairs to upstairs, but double rails to hold onto. If you have mobility issues just be mindful.

Pros: Clean and well furnished house. Lots of thought has gone into making it easy to get in and use the facilities. Good location not too far from town centre and easy parking on the road.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like, it was just right for us.

Great place for a weekend in Harrogate

Pros: Great location- 15 mins walk into centre of Harrogate. Plenty of on street parking. Local coffee shops & takeaway & Sainsbury's local 2 mins walk. Biggest towels I have ever seen and very comfy beds. Full kitchen with everything you need including airfryer!

Pros: The decor and attention to detail in the interior design and curated interesting art and trinkets made the stay feel both homely and boutique with thoughtful touches that felt luxe. Very comfortable bed and pillows and cosy living areas with mood and functional lighting throughout being a real plus. The heating was quick to fire up and easy to operate via a touch pad. The patio and outdoor furniture was ideal for the warm late afternoon relaxing after a stressful drive. The location was perfect for cafes and shops and walkable into town with a very reasonable £5 taxi fare home (£1 discount for cash!)

Cons: The stairs were steep and have a narrow tread so needed both hands free to hold onto the 2 rails at all times and my elderly but still spritely mother found she did not feel safe when attempting the climb to the toilet and bedrooms and back down again. People with only slight mobility issues may struggle and it feels unsafe. Not sure what can be done about this so people should be aware of the issue and make a judgement on whether they are comfortable in their ability to take on this level of potential physical risk before booking. .

Pros: Well equipped, nice and clean and modern...15 mins walk into the centre.... ideal location, a couple of eateries and a sainsburys within minutes of dixon terrace ... we have had a lovely stay, and would return again .

Fantastic home with everything you could possibly need

Pros: Perfect escape, the pictures are exactly what you get, there is everything you need. Shops are close by. The owners communication was really good and accommodating. Definitely recommend

Pros: Beautifully renovated, can tell a lot of effort has gone in to the finishing touches. Plenty of parking available on street. Nice touch to have some kitchen / bathroom amenities left for use. Like the property owners story that was left on arrival.

Cons: A little more attention to detail needed from the team looking after the property. Examples being - Some dirty towels were left at the top of the stairs on arrival, the floors need a good deep clean (dead spider on the stairs, previous guests false eye lashes in the dining room, crumbs under the table), the lovely white radiators are dust magnets but don’t look to have been done in a while. Not sharing this as a complaint as we loved our stay, but some specific feedback as not all guests are as forgiving!

Pros: Lovely and clean. Comfortable stay. I received a message on our first night just to check everything was okay. Lovely kitchen and shower room. Parking was easy, I got a space outside every night with ease. Local shops and amenities were good.

Pleasant stay in Harrogate

Pros: Very clean newly refurbished property with well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and comfortable bedrooms. Sunny courtyard. Tea, coffee and milk thoughtfully provided so no need to dash to shops on arrival. On street parking outside. Property under a mile from town centre.

Cons: The stairs are very steep with a shallow tread so not suitable for young children or infirm/elderly. There is a couch in the sitting room that seats 3 at a push and no other comfortable seat for a 4th person. Ideally needs a couple of chairs or another couch. Once this is resolved the property would be excellent.
