Cam Cottage

Pros: The cottage was in a beautiful location, perfect for walking the Dales Way. The cottage itself was lovingly furnished with a full range of equipment facilities. The village has 3 friendly pubs and a village shop which has milk, bread and basic.

Perfect for a weekend break

Pros: Beautiful old cottage in the heart of the village. Very clean and well equipped. Lovely log burner for cosy evenings around the fire.

Cons: Very creaky but obviously an old cottage!!

Little gem in a beautiful part of Yorkshire

Pros: Perfect cottage in a great little village close to amenities and so quiet loved it

Pros: I really liked the house's old-fashioned atmosphere, the cozy atmosphere, and the many interesting paintings on the walls.

Cons: I didn't like the dull knives in the kitchen.

Pros: Brilliant location, beautiful old cottage. Lovely large communal kitchen. Large log burner in the living area

Cons: 1 shower between the group was a push, and would have been difficult if cottage fully occupied.

Great family weekend

Pros: Beautiful old cottage in the heart of Kettlewell Bit of a problem with parking but sorted. The is a notice inside which says Please return the Parking Permit. no sign of it Problem also with the cooker which is induction Could only get the frying pan to work It is a Bosch and the instructions are for a Neff!!! The Jack and Jill bathroom for 70 plus year olds is useless so 1 shower for 6 people is not what we envisaged. My wife says for what we paid there should have been toiletries

A great relaxing fun weekend!

Pros: Everything you need is provided in this quant, clean cottage. It is a perfect location for country walks and great pub food.

Cons: Squeaky bed in main bedroom. Unfortunately, every time you moved it made a noise. Not good for light sleepers. There is no real parking place with the property but it is no hardship to park outside for unloading and then moving the car to the main car park in the village for a reasonable parking fee.

Great well presented cottage

Pros: Well presented lovely cottage, Great location with great pubs ! We tried all , The blue bell, The race course hotel and the kings head all serving great food and good selection of beer, ales etc The only thing for us was not having a garden to sit out in, But with the walks thru amazing scenery it wasn’t really an issue, Lots to do around the area, Visited Bolton Abbey which was worth spending the day with a picnic . Highly recommend staying at Cam cottage , great for families Thank you and best wishes Steve and family…

Really really nice would definatly go again

Pros: It was nice and clean, comfortable and really accommodating for the whole family

Cons: The main bedroom needs a new lock and some of the pans in the cupboard do not work on the induction hob which was really confusing. The people next door parked in the Cam cottage parking place.

Lovely snug family home for exploring the Yorkshire Dales!

Pros: lovely feel to the cottage, and perfectly situated for what we wanted to do. Family friendly and welcoming to pets. thank you!
