Victoria Cottage

Pros: This was our 2nd visit to Victoria Cottage. We really like the cosy, well-equipped place. Excellent communication with the owner, too. It is situated in such a stunning part of Yorkshire and 3 pubs within a couple of minutes walking.

Cons: Not a lot to dislike. As it says in the info parking is a squeeze but easily manageable.

Cozy comfortable cottage. Would recommend to stay here.

Pros: The cottage was very homely and everything was provided, including tea, coffee and a pint of milk on arrival. Beautiful village with excellent pubs and food nearby and amazing views of the Dales.

Excellent cottage with great facilities in an excellent location

Pros: Location, coal fire with ample fuel provided, enough hot water for a deep bath after walking, kitchen facilities were excellent, simple and effective heating systems - lovely and warm on arrival and cosy throughout our stay. Fridge freezer was great. SMART tv. Handy items such as salt/pepper, cooking oil etc provided.

Cons: Surprisingly, given that there was an abundance of other items in supply, there was only 1 toilet roll provided for the 4 nights. We are sure that this was an oversight. Back window of the kitchen could do with a blind for more privacy.

Pros: Really lovely little cottage, in a great location to explore the dales.

Pros: Fijn schoon huisje in een mooi dorp. Drie pubs waar je lekker kan eten.

Cons: Door de boiler kan je niet met 4 mensen achter elkaar douchen. Er is geen glasbak bij het huisje of in het dorp.
