Pros: Beautiful location, lovely old modernised and refurbished barn with a river running down the side. Hot-tub and plunge pool were great extras. Convenient cafe on the park for brekkie etc if required. Communication from the owners was excellent, particularly about updating about any issues relating to the storm.

Cons: Very little. 3-gates to access was a minor pain but great for security.

Very comfortable could live there

Pros: Its got everything you need for a stay, an absolutely beautiful place to stop credit to the owners, the sound of the water running is so peaceful, it did rain quite abit while we were there but didnt stop us getting into the hottub (with our brollies) or cold plunge 😁. We will definitely going again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love coming home to the Dales, and would definitely recommend this place without hesitation!

Pros: The property was superb! We had five adults and a teenager in our party and there was plenty of space. The place was very well appointed (too posh for us!) and the hot tub had great views of the dale. The owners were in close contact and thought of everything we might need.

Cons: The only slight negative was that the Tenants Arms pub nearby is a little tired now and in need of love and investment. But take heart that there are great Dales pubs nearby in Kettlewell, Grassington, Linton, etc. with great local ale!

Wonderful

Pros: The location was great, 5 minute walk to the village pub, great if you are bringing kids as you are on a working farm. Loads of nice little touches like tea and coffee, the hot tub was wonderful and the addition of the cold plunge was great with the heatwave. Property was lovely and clean. The upstairs space was wonderful with a large lounge and open plan kitchen.

Cons: The carpet on the stairs was loose, the grill hadn’t been cleaned on arrival and still had bacon grease inside. These are only small improvements and didn’t affect our stay.
