Pros: A nice, comfortable house. Very clean and well equipped. Close enough to walk to town centre if you're reasonably fit. There are two (that we found) short cuts for pedestrians which made a significant difference to the length of walk. The Sandpiper Inn is a wonderful place to eat but you need to book in advance as it's very popular. Lot and lots of wonderful walks within easy access of Leyburn. The countryside is stunning!

Cons: The neighbours have a very annoying dog that yaps a lot !!!

Cons: Not enough seating in living space.Need a bigger mirror in main bedroom.
