A few suggestions

Pros: Property in great and peaceful location, and easy to locate. Plenty of room inside and well laid out.

Cons: Garden could do with better maintenance allowing outside activities for the family. Parking for the property was also a worry as its on a corner, but it caused no issues to the neighbours.
