Pros: Spotlessly clean, well equipped, very comfortable, tastefully furnished.

Cons: Double bed was on 2nd floor, bathroom on 1st floor.

Pros: The cottage was clean with modern furniture. The bed was comfy and we found a brilliant place to walk the dogs. It was one of our best breaks so far. The cottage backed onto Middleham Castle and it was so peaceful. Everything you need in kitchen. Excellent shower. Will definitely stay again. Very quiet at night.

Cons: The stairs were a bit steep in the cottage but you have to just take your time using them. Maybe a net curtain in the twin bedroom window would be good but nothing else.
