Lovely clean cottage in a great location

Pros: Well Equipped Great location Spotless Great price

Cons: Curtains in bedrooms a bit flimsy very bright in bedrooms at 5am! Living room would benefit from a throw on the sofas - quite cool on an evening.

Pros: We had a mid-week break at Babiican cottage and we both really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was provided with everything we needed and the location is great. Lots of choices of walks for the dog nearby. Leyburn is within walking distance or a short drive away. Middleham is an ideal location for exploring beautiful Wensleydale and the locals are very friendly too. We will be back!

Pros: Central location, a few steps away from the local shop, pubs, restaurants and the castle. Spacious accommodation.

Cosy Cottage

Pros: Very clean, cosy cottage which is dog friendly. Very close to pubs, shops and less then 100m from the castle.

Cons: Very dog friendly but small dogs have to be supervised in garden as they can fit through the gate but medium or larger would be fine.

A lovely winter weekend ain Middleham

Pros: The cottage was spacious, warm and clean with a lovely bathroom and plenty of storage in the bedroom. The kitchen had good facilities for a longer stay, with a freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. We managed to park close by but I'm not sure how easy it would be in the summer. Middleham is a nice village with a shop and a pub as well as the castle and several stables of race horses. Close by there is East Witton where we had an excellent Sunday lunch at the renowned Blue Lion

Cons: We found the sofas a bit uncomfortable as they are sagging in places.
