A wonderful cosy cottage

Pros: Simply the best! A welcoming fire greats you as you open the door. Most welcome. Kim and Robert go the extra mile in looking after their guests. They will accommodate your needs if at all possible. There is plenty of fuel for the fires and if you are not confident in lighting fires, Robert will help, although there are clear instructions in the welcome book. A lovely, lovely place to stay and I will be staying there again with friends next year. X

Cons: There was nothing i didn't like

A fantastic base to explore this beautiful part of the world.

Pros: Clean, homely, very well equipped. Beds are super comfortable and duvets warm. We all slept so well. The shower is brilliant. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly. It is so quiet, dark skies, Mountain View.We loved the fires. The hosts are very generous in leaving some basics- dishwasher tablets, loo rolls etc.

Cons: The kitchen is a bit small

Lovely cosy cottage located in beautiful countryside with great walks and also great food nearby

Pros: The cottage was self-catering, and well supplied with everything needed for cooking. It's in a beautiful, peaceful location, (surrounded by no fewer than 3 areas of natural beauty!) with many wonderful walks (we did the Malham Cove circular walk and the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail) and many highly-rated eating places not very far away. The hosts are very hospitable, welcoming, friendly, helpful and are clearly very keen to make sure their guests enjoy their time there. Our family (5 adults) really enjoyed our stay in this lovely location. The property also had enough parking space for our 2 cars.

Cons: Can't think of anything.

Perfect just perfect

Pros: Absolutely beautiful home. Arrived on a very wet and windy day ( storm Amy) to be greeted by a lovely open fire burning away in the lounge and a warm log burner in the dining room. Super well equipped with everything you need. Lovely people are so very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend it, and we would most definitely stay again.

Cons: Maybe some softer pillows 😊

Very enjoyable stay, easy reach of great walks, caves, waterfalls…etc

Pros: Excellent location for exploring this gorgeous area. Really cosy with the open fires, the exposed stonework and timber beams are great features.

Cons: N/A

Will be staying again!

Pros: Wonderful service from Kim and her family were so lovely to meet. The area is stunning and so peaceful and quiet it was the perfect space to kick back and relax The farmhouse is cozy and warm and very accommodating, all we had to do was bring food and we were set. We were able to go for a nice walk around the fields and take in some of the glorious landscapes and even got to meet some of the animals (pigs sheep and horses in the field) We most definitely will be coming back!

Cons: Nothing it was wonderful

A real gem

Pros: This property is a gem. Kim and Robert really know how to look after their guests. Some places we have stayed at have been quite mean with leaving extra toilet rolls, coal and wood. NOT Kim and Robert, there are plenty of toilet rolls, stacks of wood and coal. And if its cold when you arrive you can be sure there will be 2 roaring fires to greet you when you open the door. This is our second visit and we will be certainly coming back.

Cons: The only extra thing we would have liked is a second shower. But we weren't inconvenienced at all.

Pros: We loved everyone about our stay, the peaceful location but within a good distance of the dales and the lakes for days out. We loved the cosiness of the cottage, my animal loving 7year old said she never wanted to leave. And Kim the owner was lovely as were her grandchildren who played lovely with my children. Thankyou Kim and family 🙂

Cons: NOTHING 🥰

Wonderful farmhouse in any weather.

Pros: We had a great stay in this lovely, beautifully furnished farmhouse - in a very quiet spot, but still very handy for the main road and for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. The weather was terrible one day, but it didn't matter because it gave us a good excuse to spend more time enjoying the open fire in the comfortable lounge! Kim is a very welcoming and helpful host, and the house had everything we needed for our self-catering break.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Beautiful cottage. The owners Kim and Robert were lovely and welcoming. The cottage was so cosy and we had everything we needed. I didn't want to leave and will be booking again. The countryside was breathtaking. We visited Ingleborough cave, gaping gill, white scars cave, malham cove and the ingleton waterfalls.

Cons: Couldn't fault it, was perfect
