Winter break near family. The house was comfortable and had all we needed to have meals and spend time in Ripon town. We

Pros: Location was perfect. Property size and facilities were great for a family of 4.

Cons: Some cleaning and repairs needed. Shower floods if the plug is left as designed in the outlet. Some deep cleaning needed inside cupboards and basement. The top bathroom is not so useful as we all wanted to take a shower so the bath, while pretty, is not much use. We missed towels for the 4th person in our party. A guide to the property and surroundings is needed to ensure we can settle into the property quickly.

Pros: Beautifully appointed, fantastic location. The top floor bedroom with a bath in it was magical. Host provided welcome bottle of wine, bottles of beer, and snacks.

Cons: The front entrance steps and staircase to the first floor are very steep, a challenge to someone with dodgy knees

Logement réconfortant qu’on retrouve avec plaisir le soir en rentrant d’une journée de visites

Pros: Confortable bien équipé proche du centre ville mais très calme, pub et fish and chips au coin de la rue

Cons: Seul inconvénient du logement, les escaliers menant au 1er et 2eme étage sont très raides, et les toilettes sont au 1er étage
