Pros: Fabulous little cottage, tucked away at the edge of Settle, ideal for a hiking holiday. Even has a box for muddy boots. Lovely welcome pack of biscuits, milk and prosecco was most welcome. Comfy beds, good wifi and modern TV with smart features (don't forget to log out!) and well stocked kitchen.
Cons: I think the only thing we were missing was a pair of oven gloves. The front bedroom is a little noisy when tractors and other large vehicles go by on the steep narrow road, but not enough to be a problem.

Lovely house in a great location for exploring and with private parking. We would definitely come again.
Pros: The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was kitted out well in terms of crockery, pans etc
Cons: When the tap was turned on in the bathroom it was quite loud downstairs but didn’t ruin our stay, just noticeable.

Pros: The house is in an excellent location with a space for your car if needed, it was like home from home. We've been to settle before which is a lovely little town and we will be visiting again soon staying at the Top House!
Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Cosy, delightful winter break in a town with the mist friendliest folk we’ve ever met.
Pros: It was in a great location. Ability to park was a bonus. Top marks for Welcome Pack of treats and the clean bright freshness of the interior.
Cons: Double bed was too small, super king are much better beds for couples.

The house was spotless, well situated and appreciated the welcome gifts of wine and biscuits.
Pros: Location was especially good; in the heart of Settle and with off-road parking.
Cons: Toiletries for the shower; we had to buy our own shower gel/ shampoo. Not a big deal, more an inconvenience and would have expected these to be standard.

As above, a very cosy cottage with an easy to light log burner!
Pros: Top House was a lovely cosy cottage, everything was top quality within the cottage and its location to Settle is fab, 5 minutes walk. We were treated to a welcome pack which is always appreciated. There are good walks directly from Settle and the path by the river was good for walking and running. We ate at many cafes and had a very good value for money meal at the Spice of Settle. Would highly recommend this property.
Cons: Nothing to comment on
