Visited Settle often, but have never stayed there. April Cottage definitely recommended

Pros: Great location in Settle, 2 mins walk to town centre, 5 mins to the train station if you fancy a scenic on the Settle to Carlisle railway, going over the Ribblehead Viaduct. Very comfortable, warm and well equipped cottage. Quirky layout over 3 floors. Parking a great bonus.

Pros: The cottage was close to shops and places to eat and the fact it had a parking space was great

Really lovely little cottage

Pros: Wonderful location and well equipped and comfortable cottage. Good WiFi, great outdoor space, and comfy beds.

Cons: Woodburning stove mentioned in details is ornamental, not a real fire. This was disappointing as it was a key reason I chose the cottage. Rubbish and recycling instructions confusing.

A great stay in a quality cottage.

Pros: Great location. Tasteful decor - not twee! Large, comfortable bed. Washer/dryer - useful in wet weather.

Cons: The water took a long time to heat up, and was very slow to drain, so we could only get a hot bath by using the washing up bowl to catch the cold water, and pour it into the toilet until the water ran hot.
