Pros: We arrived on a very cold day, the lodge was beautiful and warm when we walked in. Ideal location, just a short drive into York centre or walk to the bus stop. We had such a good time we have booked to go back in the summer.

Pros: Lodge was beautifully presented and in a great location, just a short walk to tesco where you can catch the bus in to the center.

Cons: Found the sofa a little uncomfortable, could do with being a bit wider on the seat so you can get snuggled up to watch a film.

Such a good stay. Would massively recommend. I'll definitely be back. It was the perfect stay

Pros: Beautiful view with some lovely ducks on the water. Amazing hot tub that was lovely to take a dip in. Kitchen was well equipped. Really good WiFi with a good smart tv. Lovely and quiet, with lovely hosts. Absolutely amazing location. Really close to the city, there was a bus that ran every 15 minutes that took you right around the city. And there's a Tesco a 3 minute walk away so you have everything you could possibly need.

Cons: The bed could have been a little softer but that's just my preference, I like a really soft bed. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints
